My practice is based on Integral Gestalt Therapy, a Humanist, integrative and relational therapy.
Integral Gestalt therapy takes into account the human being in all its aspects, physical, emotional, mental, social and philosophical.
A true integrative approach, change-oriented to guide you towards your full potential and to invite you to become the creator of your life.
A gentle and yet powerful therapy.
My training
I graduated from IFAS, the French Humanist school of Gestalt, of which I am one of the ambassadors. I am committed to following its code of ethics and to continuous training in order to be able to carry on offering you a support of excellence.

I am a warm and competent therapist who will guide you, with humor, depth and respect, to help you to overcome your blockages, connect to your potential, and the fully become the creator of your life.
I have a broad variety of personal interests which allows me to work with people from different backgrounds. I am passionate about travel, spirituality, geeky subjects (web, science fiction…), entrepreneurship, dancing, real estate, sea and nature, history, human relationship dynamics and the human beings in general.
